Customer has two weeks from the date of invoice to request a return.
The product must be unused and returned in perfect condition.
Items must be returned via prepaid freight.
A 30% restock fee will be deducted from the refund.
The refund minus the restock fee will be debited back to the customer’s credit card once the product is returned.
The customer’s credit card is charged when order is placed. For cancelled orders, IPEM reserves the right to not refund the credit card processing fee up to 3.5% of the total order.
