Industrial Parts & Electric Motors, Inc. is a third-generation family business that began in 1983 when our founder saw the need for a local distributor for U.S. Motors. Over the years we have grown from serving our local community to helping our customers across the United States, North America, and beyond.

Being right down the road from Nidec U.S. Motors’ largest warehouse, IPEM has the unique ability to ship any stocked parts or motors within one business day. Our proximity and agility have allowed us to become one of U.S. Motors largest North American parts-stocking distributors.

In 2009 we purchased the entire VARIDRIVE line from U.S. Motors, thereby making us the sole manufacturer of these classic beltcases and parts. For 1 through 25 frame units we sell the beltcases individually or as a complete assembly with an accompanying motor and gearbox. For 44 through 84 frame units we support many of the discs, belts and parts and offer full repairs.

In addition to U.S. Motors, we have also added several other lines to further meet our customers’ needs. Through Regal Beloit Corp. (formerly Emerson Power Transmission) we carry Browning Syncrogear right-angle gearboxes as well as their CBN & OTN gearboxes. We also stock and assemble Hub City gear drives and speed reducers.
